Andrea Bigner Andrea Bigner served in CARE's External Relations division for two and a half years before relocating to Washington, DC to work as Development Communications Associate for the American Red Cross.
	Suzy Hopper Suzy Hopper is the Photo Editor for CARE where she manages a photo archive with pictures dating back to CARE's founding 53 years ago. Suzy also photographed CARE projects in El Salvador for the 1998 Annual Report.
	Fred Housel For six years, photographer Fred Housel has donated his time and talent to capture CARE projects and beneficiaries around the world on film. He has traveled to Peru, the Philippines, Angola and Mozambique and provided a wealth of images that have been used to illustrate CARE’s work.
