The Emergency Medical Assistance Program III (EMAPIII) aims at sustaining and stregthening the healthcare system in the West Bank and Gaza. The project will achieve this goal through increased technical capacity of the Ministry of Health and improved organizational capacity of NGO health facilities which in turn will serve the underserved Palestinian communities.
